Our products are affordabe and our pricing is flexible.  We have small customers with only one license and others with over 40 licenses per plant.  Our licenses are concurrent so you may not need one license for each user.  Your unique case will determine how many licenses you need.  You will not find pricing on our website, so please contact us for a quote.

ISOQualitas products run on Microsoft Windows.  It is not a web solution that runs on a web browser.  You choose whether you want to store your database in your internal servers or in the cloud with Microsoft Azure.  Users access ISOQualitas through workstations, and you can install our software in as many workstations as you need.  This setup allows ISOQualitas to offer our customers a secure product with a rich and flexible user interface that meet the intricate and complex Core Tools and product management reports and requirements of today's automotive industry.

 The installation process is simple and straightforward.  We will provide your IT department with an installation guide and the links to download and install our software package.  If necessary we will also provide live support during installation to help ensure installation is completed efficiently and correctly.

You own your data.  If you choose a server installation, the software and data will reside in your server behind your firewall.  You will manage your own backups and security as you would nomally do with your other data and electronic files.  If you choose a cloud database solution, the data will reside on Microsoft Azure's servers.  Your data can be download to your server and removed from Microsoft Azure at anytime you choose to do so.  While using Azure, database, backup, and security is managed by Microsoft.

If you decide to discontinue using any of our products, the software will automatically convert to a free license.  With a free license you can view, search, and print all your data and reports but you will not be able to enter any new data/projects.  If needed, we will provide support to free licenses for a fee.

You can continue reporting 8D manually or you can upgrade to ISOQualitas.PLM at any time for full integration with Global 8D plus production and incoming material control, and other features not available in our Core Tools software.

You can choose from our extensive library of symbols to meet your customer's specific requirements.  Our matching functionality allows you to match your symbols with that of each of your customers.  These are also displayed as a footnote on your printed reports so you and your customers can easily identify and match symbols.

Yes.  At the moment, the user interface comes in 3 languages (English, Portuguese, and Spanish), and the printed report templates are available in six languages (English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, and German).  The choice of UI language is up to each user when they login.  The report language is chosen from a menu before printing.  Note however that for the report content to be in the same language as the report template, the information must be entered into the desired language.  Your manufacturing plant(s) can use the software in any of the 3 languages, and print and send reports in any of the six languages as your customers may require.

Yes.  Whether you choose a server installation or a cloud-based solution our software can be setup to work only with one plant, or connected to multiple plants within the same country or across several countries to share data and standards.  Our online alerts, reporting and dashboard functionality provides users and management with an unprecedented real-time transparent view and analysis of quality performance across the entire organization to quickly identify areas that need attention.

YES! ISOQualitas runs on Windows Server and data is stored on a SQL Database, which is very standard and common throughout the industry.
